Service Description

Your 1st session where we get to know you, your goals, and any relevant health history. ✔️Posture and Movement Assessment ✔️We will create a Customized Program tailored to you.

Cancellation Policy

-All packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to the first session. -Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session or else session will be forfeited (exceptions may be made in case of emergency). -Clients must inform trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before beginning program. -Consistency is key. Clients are expected to be committed, punctual, and engaged throughout the duration of package.
