Service Description
This Training Includes: ✔️ Static Postural and Functional Movement Patterns Assessment ✔️ Goal Setting ✔️An Individualized Fitness Program including corrective exercises to improve postural and movement patterns. ✔️ 2 to 3 days a week of consistent strength/cardiovascular training ✔️Monthly checkpoints to measure progress
Cancellation Policy
-All packages and sessions must be paid in full prior to the first session. -Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session or else session will be forfeited (exceptions may be made in case of emergency). -Clients must inform trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before beginning program. -Consistency is key. Clients are expected to be committed, punctual, and engaged throughout the duration of package.
